FT-F1 Atomization TesterofTesting principle
The sample is heated in the fogging cup and begins to evaporate, and the volatile gas condenses on the glass plate or aluminum foil that has been cooled in the cooling chamber. After the condensation process is completed, remove the glass plate or aluminum foil, measure the atomization value or weight of the condensation component of the glass plate or aluminum foil, and compare it with the data before condensation to obtain the atomization volatilization characteristics of the sample.
FT-F1ofThree measurement methods:
Glossiness method: The gas evaporated by heating the sample in the fogging cup condenses on a low-temperature glass plate. By comparing and calculating the glossiness values of the glass plate before and after condensation, the fogging value of the sample can be obtained. (Standard)
Haze method: The gas evaporated by heating the sample in the fogging cup condenses on a low-temperature glass plate. By comparing and calculating the haze values of the glass plate before and after condensation, the haze value of the sample can be obtained. (Purchase separately)
Weight method: The gas evaporated by heating the sample in the fogging cup condenses on the low-temperature aluminum foil. By measuring the weight change of the aluminum foil before and after condensation, the weight of the atomized condensed substance of the sample can be obtained. (Standard, balance purchased separately)
FT-F1ofstructure
It mainly consists of a high-temperature constant temperature bath, a low-temperature constant temperature bath, a cooling plate, a fogging cup, a fogging glass plate, a measuring meter, a sampler, and accessories, which can complete the testing process such as sampling, heating, condensation, and testing.
FT-F1ofOperation steps
Prepare the sample → Open the high and low temperature bath and reach the set temperature → Clean the fogging cup and fogging glass plate → Place the sample → Place the fogging glass plate or aluminum foil → Place the cooling chamber → Maintain the set temperature of both tanks and operate normally for the required test time → Remove the glass plate or aluminum foil and place it for the specified time → Measure the glossiness, haze, or weight of the glass plate or aluminum foil → Compare the data and obtain the final result
